·WHAT TO EXPECT :) 
 All 18+ volunteers are required to fill out and return a background check form asap, once a year, to participate in any of our children's ministry activities and understand our policies for Safe  Sanctuary.

• · We ask that volunteers be here by 5:15 as best they can so we can be downstairs waiting for students in our Fellowship Hall before we begin at 5:30 PM.
• · We will have Youth Group  Volunteers who will escort the kids from check-in upstairs, and parents will pick up downstairs.
• · Color-coded bags and name tags with your Crew name will help the children identify who to sit with as we prepare for our Assembly time.
• · T-shirts are provided free of charge to preregistered students and volunteers. We will need volunteers’ sizes ASAP and request an optional $5 donation toward the cost.
• ·We ask that all leaders have a phone or watch handy to help keep track of times and set alarms or receive texts to keep rotations on schedule.

​Assembly and Closing: We will Kick off our day with energetic music and make daily acquaintances with a fresh Bible Memory Buddy. Then Conclude the day with captivating science experiments, entertaining skits, and music, all seamlessly connected to the day's Bible Message.
 
Tree Top Treats: A meal is Tree Top Treats! Yummy traditional foods to warm the belly  along side a sweet treat.  Don’t worry there will be healthy options available and we consider all allergies when prepping our soon to be out menu. Be sure to Let us know your favorites so we can mark them down, and welcome any dessert ideas.
 
Rooted Bible Adventures:  is the storytelling hub where kids step into the Bible through interactive lessons, hands‑on moments, and simple activities that help them understand each day’s Bible point. It’s a space for listening, wondering, and discovering how God’s Word connects to their everyday lives.
 
Imagination Station: is a hands on creative space where kids explore  ideas, build simple projects, and experiment with fun activities that help them connect with the day’s Bible point. It’s a place for curiosity, trying new things, and discovering how learning through play can deepen their understanding of God’s world.
 
Wild Games: "is the high energy zone where kids run, laugh, and work together through fun challenges that reinforce the day’s Bible point. It’s all about teamwork, movement, and big smiles as kids learn through play.
 
Missions: Operation Kid to Kid 2026 is the mission station where kids learn how their generosity can help families in Central America receive fruit trees. Through simple activities, crafts, and stories, kids discover how their gifts can grow into real hope for others.
 
To encourage participation, we will invite crews to contribute voluntarily by making daily monetary donations. In collaboration with our congregation, we aim to raise funds for this important cause, allowing the children to choose which impactful gift we will send to help those in need.
