Summer time is a great time to really get to know
many of the members and friends of our church.
We've built friendships through our Program school year and like slow down to have opportunities to share together in the summer. A church is a community where different lives come together to have faith and praise God. We are so grateful for the gifts we've been given and utilize the summer months to find God in the world around us. We keep our focus on many of our activities to have spiritual backing, but also fellowship.

Family Kick Ball Night
Sunday, June 30th

Our entire church family is invited for a night of kickball and grilling as we enjoy the warm weather, some food, and some fun!
We'll meet, share a meal in our church front yard and start playing right after. Families are welcome to bring a side to share! We are hoping to include and welcome other UMC Churches to this event for a no score friendly game. |
SPLASH PAD

For our July Playdate we would like to invite any families to a splash pad meet up.Wednesday, July 17th 6:00 PM-7:00PM.
Grace UMC will meet at Leeds Park Miracle League Splash Pad. This a great way to get to know the other families at Grace. We hope to see new and old friends come around, it's going to be a splash! |
Tie Dye Praise Party
Sunday, August 4th
This August our playdate includes elements of that are designed to get kids praising God, using colors as a tool. Having a Tie Dye Themed party with a colorful focus on PRAISE!
We invite our congregation on August 11th to wear Tie-dye or bright colors for a special worship at 10 AM. Our family ministry participated in a Tie Dye Praise party last week and created colorful banners that will be on display in our Sanctuary. We discussed prayer, praise, and finding God through colors all around us. The kids made their own t-shirts to wear to church and cross necklaces. We danced and of course sang praise music. We invite you to SING, SING, SING, with us this Sunday.
